I am an experienced Training Manager/Instructional Designer with a broad base of knowledge and the ability to improve business results. I have an in-depth understanding of instructional design, training, and experience creating learning materials for both classroom and e-learning. I also have an MBA with a concentration in Leadership Development and graduate level certification in Training and Instructional Design.
In my current position, I work for Adobe Systems - creating self-study and computer/web based learning materials for Adobe employees who work in contact centers globally. It's a great job - and I get to play with all the latest Adobe products!
